Jeanne Marinelli, BSHA, CPC | Practice Manager
Jeanne received her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration in 2011 from the University of Phoenix. She has completed classes in billing and coding and is certified as a Professional Coder through the American Academy of Professional Coders. Jeanne has been working with Dr. Price and Dr. Travnicek for more than twenty five years, and is vital part of Concierge Medical Services. She knows how important it is to help patients get the best care possible in the best setting for the individual. When Jeanne is not working she enjoys reading and traveling with her husband.
April Schooley, LPN | Office Manager
April is a New Jersey native and received her Nursing Degree from Middlesex County Vocational School in 1991. She’s a member of the Board of Florida Nursing, and has been with us since 2003. A skilled Phlebotomist, April is IV Certified and holds a certificate in Anti-Coagulation Management. She works closely with Dr. Price and is the office Manager. Her dedication to take care of patients drives her to excellence. Her philosophy to learn from life experiences, aids her to help comfort patients who cannot help themselves. April enjoys gardening, spending time with her family, and traveling on her days off.
Karrie Layton | Medical Assistant
Karrie has been a certified Medical Assistant for Dr. Price since 2014. She received her certification in Phlebotomy in 2015. Her dedication to personalized patient care is exceptional, and she goes out of her way to make sure you feel wanted, supported and welcomed at every visit. She finds her role extremely satisfying and enjoys being able to both socialize with and educate her patients while helping them on the road to health maintenance and recovery. In her spare time, Karrie enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and dogs.
Ellen Treasone | Patient Relations Manager
Originally from Springfield, NJ, Ellen began her healthcare career as a Dental Assistant, graduating from FL College of Medical & Dental Careers in Tampa, FL earning an academic achievement award. She then transitioned into the medical field which she finds very rewarding. Her communication skills make her a great problem solver and patient advocate. Ellen schedules patient procedures and handles insurance authorizations and referrals. She has been helping patients with empathy and understanding with us since 2003. In her free time Ellen enjoys walking the beach and spending time with friends.
Jordan Andrea Goulet, LPN
Jordan is a Licensed Practical Nurse for Dr. Travnicek. She received her nursing degree in 2015 from Northland Technical College, and is Narcan Certified. Her dedication to personalized patient care forges exceptional connections. Jordan will do what it takes to ensure you feel happier, healthier, and heard. She finds her role as a patient care-giver satisfying and fulfilling. Originally from Crookston, MN, Jordan moved to Florida in 2024 to be closer to her nieces and nephews. In her spare time, she enjoys checking things off her “Florida Sightseeing Bucket List”, visiting museums, attractions, and beaches while enjoying local cuisine.
Lindsey Rudderham | Patient Services Coordinator
Lindsey is a key liaison between patients, physicians and other healthcare providers. Her role includes; managing patient information, referrals to specialists, placing diagnostic imaging orders, scheduling appointments, taking phone inquiries, and welcoming new patients starting care. Originally from Rockford, IL, Lindsey has over a decade of experience in healthcare. She is empathetic to patients healthcare needs, and has been with our practice since 2021. When Lindsey is not at work she enjoys reading, listening to music, exploring the outdoors, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with her kids.
Sara Reid | Patient Services Coordinator
Sara received her Bachelors of Science in Public Health from the University of South Florida with honors. She is a skilled communicator, a problem-solver and excels at time management. Sara values giving back to the community and is a supporter of the Make A Wish Foundation. While attending USF she participated in a fund-raiser for the Breast Cancer Education and Awareness that helped Bright Pink, a nonprofit organization focusing on health equality that raised over forty-five thousand dollars. A Florida native from Englewood, FL, Sara enjoys going to the beach, reading, and creating new meals in her free time.
Lea Hernandez Bower | Patient Services Coordinator
Originally from Ocala FL, Lea is working towards her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. She answers calls, schedules appoint- ments, coordinates imaging orders, verifies and updates patient insurance and demographic information. Lea is a multitasking problem solver, and is skilled in Eclinical- works software. Her resilience, positive energy, and ability to learn and evolve makes her a champion at helping patients with understanding and positivity. In her free time, Lea enjoys going to the gym, going out to lunch with friends, and spending warm sunny days at the beach.
Kasey Carr | Medical Assistant
Originally from Brunswick, MD, Kasey received her AA in Allied Health from Kirkwood Community College. Kasey takes her role at Concierge Medical Services seriously and is dedicated to making a positive difference in patients lives through unprecedented patient care. She will go above and beyond to ensure that you feel comfortable, well taken care of, and emotionally supported at every visit. She appreciates being able to help patients while they are on their path to health maintenance and recovery. In her spare time Kasey enjoys spending time hanging out with her kids.
Sarah Potts | Medical Records Coordinator
As Concierge Medical Services Medical Records Coordinator, Sarah ensures the flow of information between patients and specialists, to and from our clinical staff, provides the best patient care communication possible. She is skilled in Adult Computer Training, Information Management, and speaks Spanish. Sarah’s patience, empathy, and kindness make her an exceptional communicator. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Sarah enjoys spending her spare time with her nieces and nephews. She also loves to crochet, travel and write.
